This week 17-21.06 is our last week together of this edition of the “Just for the health of it” campaign. We hope you’ve enjoyed this journey with us as much as we have.
For the final week we have prepared dishes that include all the of the healthy tips and tricks introduced during the entire campaign.
The dishes are simple, yet healthy and delicious.
We know that after these 4 weeks together, you know how to combine ingredients to take care of yourself and enjoy the great taste of your dishes.

Strong Smoothie
Ingredients (for 1 cup 300 ml)

200 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed or 100% orange juice)
-
40 ml acerola juice (alternatively, you can use 0.5 g acerola powder)
-
50 g banana
-
25 g gooseberries
-
20 g lemon (it's best to remove seeds)
-
4 g ginger
-
10 g honey
Preparation method
-
Add the orange juice to the blender.
-
Add the remaining ingredients.
-
Blend everything on high speed for about 1 minute.
-
Pour the finished smoothie into a cup.
Enjoy :)
Mind Smoothie
Ingredients (for 1 cup 300 ml)
-
200 ml apple juice (freshly squeezed or 100% apple juice)
-
50 g banana*
-
50 g gooseberries*
-
25 g kiwi
-
4 tablets of spirulina or ½ teaspoon of powdered spirulina
*You can also prepare the smoothie in a cold version by using frozen banana and frozen current
Preparation method
-
Add apple juice to the blender.
-
Toss in the remaining ingredients.

Blend everything on high speed for about 1 minute.
-
Pour the finished smoothie into a glass.
Enjoy :)
Active Smoothie
Ingredients (for 1 cup 300 ml)
-
100 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed or 100% orange juice)
-
100 ml liquid matcha
-
80 g strawberries*
-
25 g banana*
-
25 g pineapple
-
1 g ginger
-
10 g honey
*You can also prepare the smoothie in a cold version by using frozen banana and frozen strawberries
Preparation method

Add orange juice and apple juice to the blender.

Throw in the remaining ingredients.

Blend everything on high speed for about 1 minute.

Ingredients (for 1 cup 300 ml)

10 g flaxseeds
*You can also prepare the smoothie in a cold version using frozen banana and frozen mango
